The rolo chain is made up of alternating round links. These links are usually wider than they are thick, and the wire has a semi-round section, which differentiates them from forced chains.

The closure is a small clip called a ’round carabiner’. It is circular, ring, with a very small hidden spring inside, which pushes the closing piston out. A small protruding trigger allows you to open and close the clip, and an openable ring allows you to attach the bracelet directly.
